Coffee, rain, and vacation are the best blend. These three are convenient elements for this stay. Chikkamagaluru is a land of coffee and thus coffee is so elegant here. Excellent filters and traditional coffee which is served here depicts a unique coffee culture. Harvesting can be witnessed in the month of December and January, whereas we only employ raw coffee which is estate grown. The industry experience of coffee processing can also be arranged by Chandramukuta to enrich your experience of Coffee Culture.

Guests can also enjoy fishing activities in the nearby lakes or rivers of Chandramukuta. There is a beautiful vast lake in Chandramukuta which is very suitable for fishing. In many areas swimming and fishing are prohibited. The majority of people are not satisfied without hooking the fish. To fulfil visitors, we facilitate fishing so that visitors can chill throughout their vacation.

There is a wide natural lake in the area which has clean and fresh water with colourful fishes. You can access the natural lake in the plantation around the stay which gives you a peaceful experience. Playing with water with family makes it more enjoyable.

Nestled inside a coffee estate bungalow, Chandramukuta is a homestay that offers five bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a family cottage with two bedrooms and three attached bathrooms.
Take a stroll through the plantation to witness the stunning scenery of coffee trees and grassy floors. With chirping birds and gentle breezes, walking with your loved ones in this beautifully cultivated area is the perfect way to start or end your day.
All rooms are standard rooms no ac rooms are available. For senior citizen and disabled people, ground floor room shall be booked (kindly confirm that before visiting).
The homestay is made of ground floor rooms, first floor rooms and two separate villas. Pets are not allowed in all room only certain rooms are allocated for pets.
Wi-Fi facility is available at designated area.

Basic Information:
For booking confirmation you need to make advance payment around 25 to 50% of the total amount.
Advance payment can be made through Gpay/Phone pe or NEFT, once we receive the payment will send you a confirmation mail and message.
Remaining balance payment has to be made at the time of check out by cash, Credit/Debit card or Gpay/PhonePe.
If you opt out for lunch, we can reduce the amount of INR 250/- per person from your total booking amount.
During weekends we comply two nights booking, i.e., from Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday. In these two days they can skip one lunch.
We also provide with a basic packed lunch for your day outing.
For drivers there is accommodation and food at a cost of INR 1000rs per day/ per driver.
For main house ground floor rooms are available on discounts.

Our cancellation policy is as follows and is according to the number of days before check in date.
- More than 30 days no Cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 30 to 16 days 50% of advance will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 7 to 15 days 25% of advance will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 7 days no refund.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Check in time is after 11:00 AM before 2:30PM whereas the checkout time is any time before 11:30 AM.
Kindly carry ID Proof at the time of Check In.
HOUSE RULES:
Music can be played in the designated area and is restricted till 10:30 in night. Loud music is not allowed.
We have a separate dining area where we provide the buffet.
No in room dining is available. Coffee, tea, and water are allowed in the room.
LIQUOR RULE:
Liquor is allowed only in designated area and inside the room. We don’t serve any liquor. Nearby wine stores are also available.
Statutory warning for liquor- “any misbehaving or incidents after alcohol consumption will not be tolerated.”
PET CONDITIONS:
Pets are allowed, only one pet in a group and the charge for pets is added as the cleaning charge of 1000/- per pet.
MISCELLEANEOUS:
Pickup and drop from any airport, railway station or bus stand from, Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Shimoga and Kadur railway station can be arranged as per your requirement and charged accordingly.
Will let out the full property for group of 25plus.
For birthday parties Cake and Decoration can be arranged at an extra cost and has to be informed at the time of booking itself.
There won’t be any service or staff to attend from 11pm to 7am unless if there’s any emergency.
